As certified and licensed home inspectors, Eric Lipkin team brings experience, professionalism, integrity and commitment to the Professional Home Inspection process. Eric has completed the formal and comprehensive technical home inspection training program from Pillar To Post and the states of Connecticut and Massachusetts and will help you make an informed decision when buying a home. They understand the decision to buy or sell a home is an extremely important one, and encourage you to follow along on the inspection and ask questions.

Eric Lipkin team understands the difference between maintenance items, normal wear and tear and actual defects, and will present their findings in an objective and unbiased manner. The easy to understand, comprehensive, computer-generated report will summarize every part of the inspection, and should you have questions or concerns, Eric is only a phone call away.

Mike Szenda - Home Inspector

Mike is a fire captain at a local fire station and has a long history of service to his community. He brings 16 years of building system knowledge. He has performed fire related inspections in both residential and commercial properties for the past 5 years.
